Non-Returnable Items

  1. Opened or Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
  2. Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  3. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  2. Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
